What is Karigar Haat


KarigarHaat is one of the big Annual events organized by AIM (Art Illuminates Mankind), a welfare organization for artisans. It is a National Handicrafts & Handloom fair with different folk & tribal performing art , Theater, Seminar & workshop with various indigenous foods from different part of India. It was started in the year 2007. The event acts as a learning platform for artisans marketing linkages for the participating artisan. It also facilitates exposure of the artisans to products from other districts and states. It is an entirely promotional venture almost all the space offered free of cost to the artisan. This year KarigarHaat turns to be a International Festival.
The theme of this year KarigarHaat is to create love, harmony, peace and spirituality and creativity appearing in every particle and vibration, turning into the flow of primitive energy. The festival is aimed at uniting spiritually close people and reminding them of their important role in keeping ecological and spiritual balance on the planet as well as at fulfilling surrounding with love and joy vibrations, enabling our guests to feel the necessity of living in unity and harmony with the world around us. Art, craft, Play, Music, dancing and creativity are the unique key to self-cognition and unity with the Universe and all its inhabitants. It will spread the message of bePeaceful  and Useful in expression of art and culture of  international, multi-cultural and multi-faith. It will be a mission which will promote open dialogue across the divisions of race and religion, focused around a core programme of 'conversation events' among the various countries of the world.
